- Tai Chi Chuan self-defense theory and tactics, Part 2. in the previous video, I gave some basics on how we view self-defense and what is involved. In this month’s video, I’ll dig a bit deeper and explain additional concepts.
- Q&A “What is the right speed for the forms?” Just because we do forms slowly, that doesn’t mean there is no such thing as too slow. But there is also too fast. So what is right then? In this video, I’ll give a precise answer for all our forms.
- Self-defense application: Single whip. I will add three videos for this movement, explaining the main applications.
- The live training session for VIP and Premium members is not planned just yet. I will send a separate message to those members soon so we can plan it.
