Point to the trousers with the sabre

May 13 2024

April 2024 Updates

The updates for April are available and here is a quick overview:

  • 07 Swivel hiding the sabre to Point to the trousers with the sabre: For many beginning sabre students, this is a challenging technique. So you want to go slow at first and only as you improve go into a deeper stance.
  • Sabre Applications – Swivel and chop 01: In the form, we turn 180° to perform this technique. It should be no surprise we do this also in the application. In this video I go into detail on how to apply it.
  • Q&A 43 – Can we learn from other styles of Tai Chi Chuan? A question I recently received and answer with some nuance here.
  • Live Training Recording March and April 2024: Not one but two recordings of the live training sessions. These sessions are open to Premium and VIP members and I very much recommend them. You can ask direct questions and I can both show the answers but also guide you through them. Or you show something you’re struggling with and I offer instant feedback and corrections.
